*With loads up to 100 kg, on firm, dry ground (asphalt, concrete, loading ramps). The limits are lower as the load increases and on soft, wet or uneven ground. Battery warranty and technical support

1. 3-year full warranty on the battery (*). The warranty applies if the battery capacity falls below 75% of its original capacity during the warranty period or before reaching 1,500 charge cycles, whichever occurs first. The warranty is valid provided that the machine and the battery are used and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
   • Deep discharge or prolonged storage of the battery in a discharged state
   • Use of unapproved chargers or charging systems
   • Improper use, abuse or unauthorised modifications to the battery system
   • Water ingress, high-pressure washing or excessive exposure of the electronic parts to humidity
   • Use outside the intended operating conditions
2. The battery is replaceable.
3. Spare batteries will be available in the long term, for a minimum period of 10 years.
