DELEKS® CERVO-220 is a professional heavy-duty flail mower and flail mulcher with a 220 cm working width for 70–100 HP tractors, designed for grass, brambles, scrub, vine prunings and woody residues up to approximately 6–8 cm in diameter, featuring heavy-duty flails, double-layer housing, hydraulic side shift and PTO shaft included.

APPLICATION

The CERVO-220 is a professional heavy-duty flail mower, designed for the maintenance of agricultural land, vineyards, olive groves, orchards, overgrown areas and surfaces with dense vegetation.

With a working width of 220 cm and a weight of 560 kg, it is suitable for wheeled or tracked tractors from 70 to 100 HP, such as New Holland, John Deere 5 Series, Landini Rex, Deutz-Fahr, Massey Ferguson, Lamborghini, Kubota and tractors with equivalent specifications.

The machine is suitable for shredding tall grass, brambles, scrub, vine prunings and woody pruning residues up to approximately 6–8 cm in diameter, depending on the type, density and condition of the material.

The universal Category 2 three-point hitch and hydraulic side shift allow the machine to operate either centrally behind the tractor or offset to the side.

The machine is suitable for use on both flat and sloping terrain, subject to the tractor's specifications, configuration and stability.

HEAVY-DUTY FLAILS

The CERVO-220 rotor is equipped with heavy-duty flails, designed for demanding applications involving dense vegetation, brambles, vine prunings and woody residues.

The machine can shred pruning residues and woody material up to approximately 6–8 cm in diameter, depending on the characteristics and condition of the material.

On request, the CERVO-220 can be equipped with triple knives instead of flails, allowing the machine to be adapted to different working requirements.

The rotor is electronically balanced to ensure smooth rotation and reduce vibrations during operation.

HEAVY-DUTY DOUBLE-LAYER HOUSING

The CERVO-220 is built with a double-layer housing, a solution particularly suitable for a flail mower intended for intensive and demanding applications.

The reinforced construction provides additional protection to the machine body against impacts and stresses generated when shredding dense vegetation and woody pruning residues.

The oversized rear roller supports the machine during operation and helps maintain a consistent working height.

HYDRAULIC SIDE SHIFT

The hydraulic side shift allows the operator to adjust the position of the flail mower directly from the tractor.

The ability to work offset from the tractor is particularly useful along field boundaries, between crop rows and in situations where the machine needs to operate laterally beyond the tractor's profile.

TRANSMISSION

The CERVO-220 is equipped with a 540 rpm gearbox with overrunning clutch and side belt transmission.

Belt tension can be adjusted externally, and the system features an adjustable tensioner, making periodic inspection and adjustment easier.

The CE-compliant PTO shaft is included and is equipped with a shear bolt for overload protection.

DELIVERY AND PREPARATION

The CERVO-220 is delivered secured on a Euro pallet and protected by a metal cage, helping protect the machine during transport.

Before shipment, DELEKS® prepares the machine and checks that the oil and grease levels are correct.

To reduce transport dimensions, the three-point hitch frame is delivered disassembled. The customer must install the frame before use and carry out the standard checks required before putting the machine into operation.

For delivery, the destination must be accessible to a 24-tonne articulated truck, and the customer must have a suitable forklift available to unload the pallet.
